Returns Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unopened and undamaged in their original packaging.
  • Only orders within the United States are eligible for returns. International orders do not qualify for returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging.
  • Products damaged by the customer.
  • Electric mixers.

Return Process:

  1. Access your account by going to https://account.oleaglow.com and requesting a return within 15 days of receipt. 
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring that the containers and seals remain unbroken, and include all original documentation.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
