Domestic Shipping (United States)

We are thrilled to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $45 across the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories.

  • Shipping Methods: Standard, Expedited, and Overnight shipping options are available.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods (e.g., holidays or product launches), processing times may extend to 5 business days.
  • Shipping Times:
    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

International Shipping

  • Availability: We currently ship to Canada! Stay tuned to updates while we work to become available in more countries!
  • Processing Time: International orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery may take 7–25 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Customs and Import Fees: Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

Specific Product Shipping Policies

  • Electric Mixer: This product is non-returnable. Please verify your selection before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package via the provided link.

Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Packages: Contact us at info@oleaglow.com within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item. Include photos of the item(s) and packaging for faster resolution. 

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to deliver on time, delays may occur due to holidays, peak shopping seasons, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
